Reviews
Sage,
4。5 stars。 (only 4。5 because I probably won’t reread it) This was basically a series of conversations with Jane Goodall about her childhood and her wartime experiences, her initial adventures in Africa, her pivot to advocating for environmental justice etc。 It was a really lovely read, and I enjoyed how it was structured。 It feels increasingly hard to have hope in a world that is more and more on fire, but this book was such a ray of light。
Amanda Karsh,
This is written as more of a series of personal conversations with Jane Goodall。 It is interesting and fulled with photos。
Sjors,
This is a book everyone should read。 To really understand what we have done to our world and what needs to happen。 To not only hope, but to take action。 This is a message for us all。 For the future of our children and of our planet。
